As Barack Hussien Obamas’ poll numbers increase the DOW jones decreases. Several corporate big wigs have said that if Barack Obama becomes President of the United States that the stock markets will rebound slowly. I am sure that a lot of people right now feel this is a partisan statement. I will probably be voting for McCain unless a miracle happens and Barack Obama states he will actually enforce immigration. I will be voting for McCain not because he is my choice but I feel he is the better tasting bitter pill. I hope all you Obamians are done yelling now. Why are business experts afraid that Barack Obama will be the next President of the United States? It is because of what Barack Obama has said he will do according to his economic plan. Obama has said he will raise capital gains taxes. Some of you might be saying right now great the rich will get soaked. Well the reality is that if you have a 401k you will get soaked. Companies are afraid that investment in there companies will be curtailed if investors will have to pay a higher tax rate. A few of you probably associate low taxes with trickle down economics. I do not like trickle down economics and I do not believe that the rich trickle it down. The reality is that the latest stock market crash is how the money redistributes. It does not trickle down, the bucket spills over. The reality is that low taxes are not the reason that this happens. The core problem is when the government attempts to protect business and industry by affecting the supply and demand of labor. This is the way that the elite protect there friends.

Personal responsibility in a Global Economy!

Recently I was speaking to management at my other employment regarding an ethics problem concerning compensable time which I thought was owed to me. After making my case which I knew was liquid tight my manger proceeded to tell me that although my arguement was sound and my supporting legal documentation was compelling the answer was no.  He also proceeded to tell me to contact human resources or a lawyer if I wanted to pursue the case.  He also proceeded to say,” sorry but Its only Business! ”

I later came to find out that middle managers at my company are not allowed to take legal arguments into account if they conflict with policy.  I reached an Epiphany that day.  A lot of us are basically worker bees by nature. I think that in general mentally healthy human beings are trustworthy, honest, fair minded at birth.  We are conditioned by circumstances, greed and conditioning to screw the other guy. Therefore this is the basis for my epiphany.
At Advise Center we are trying to advise you on how to proceed from the time that you take a step back away from the flock and realize that you can be the shepherd, the sheepdog or the wolf. We hope you do not choose the path of the wolf, which is basically to take from the flock or a sheep without returning something of equal value.  We hope you learn the way of the shepherd.  Which is to realize that taking the wool or a few sheep is for the good of the flock, because without the combined contributions of the flock the shepherd would not be available to lead the sheep through another winter.

The epiphany is that it is only business and your only responsibility is to yourself, your family, your employer and or customers, your community, your country.  It seems like I really did not say anything new except for this caveat.  You only owe those in the list that have your best interest at heart.  Modern day corporations, businesses and government officials do not have your best interest at heart.  You are an expendable asset or a gullible voter that exist to feed the wolves.
