President Bush signed the multi-billion dollar immigration bill today. HR-6061 not only builds a 700 mile fence along the Mexican border it also makes tunnels under the border illegal. That is right until now it was legal to have a tunnel under the US-Mexico border! Breaking news! Mexican officials arrested 2 Mexican customs agents today that were surpervising 17 Mexican nationals in the construction of a tunnel under the US-Mexico border. The entry to the tunnel on the Mexican side was located on the grounds of the offices of Mexican Customs!! The Mexican government needs to start paying there employees more.
The corruption south of the border is slowly making its way north and hopefully bills like HR6061 will help in stemming that tide. We all need to keep vigilant in protecting our country. When congress returns after the elections you will hear comprehensive immigration reform rear its ugly head again. This term is code for amnesty. We tried amnesty and the entire southwest of the United States is overrun with Mexican Nationals looking for a handout. Protect American Hispanic children and stop the invasion. They need the opportunity to go to schools that are not overcrowded with the children of illegal immigrants.

AdviseCenter reported that President Bush signed the Secure Fence Act. Unfortunately we were not the only ones fooled. I reported that Ed Royce ( R ) Fullerton had stated that Bush had signed the bill. The breaking news is that the President signed the appropriations bill but did not sign the authorization bill for the fence. This a common tactic used by politicians to scam, fool you stupid voters into thinking that your representatives are doing your will. The bill signed on Wednesday in Arizona only funds homeland security but does not compel enforcement or the fence. A pocket veto will occur if 10 days go by and the bill is not signed when the senate is in recess.
The President is going to sign the bill according to the liaison to congress. According to Ed Royce the bill is still in the enrollment process. We will be following this issue because if Bush does not sign this I feel this is the straw that broke the elephants back for the republican party. The Foley scandal does not affect our country like Bush’s failure to sign this will. The Foley scandal is a personal, possibly criminal act on the part of an individual congressman. If Bush fails to sign the Secure Fence Act it will be a deliberate act on the part of the executive branch to fool the citizens in favor of those bankrolling the parties. Oh by the way Bush also said that North Korea would not get a nuclear bomb. Well they say they have one and have tested it over the weekend. I am an independent because I don’t trust either party. I usually vote a conservative ballot but I am not so sure that selling our country to the corporations in order to get conservative politicians is worth it anymore. If the Democrats would stop pushing there liberal agenda and go back to defending the working man the donkeys would be my choice. We can only dream!!! Mr. Conklin are you there ? Texas border agents are being railroaded by the Bush administration! Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean are being used to warn border patrol agents to back off and leave illegal aliens alone. George W. Bush and Alberto R. Gonzalez chose sides between 2 decorated border patrol agents and Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila an illegal alien drug smuggler. They picked the drug smuggler and found a jury to convict the agents for shooting Aldrete-Davila in the buttocks. The agent Compean stated the following, “Compean said that Aldrete-Davila continued to look back over his shoulder towards Compean as Aldrete-Davila ran away from him,” the memo reads. “Compean said that he began to shoot at Aldrete-Davila because of the shiny object he thought he saw in Aldrete-Davila’s hand and because Aldrete-Davila continued to look back towards his direction. Compean explained that he thought the shiny object might be a gun and that Aldrete-Davila was going to shoot at him because he kept looking back at him.”
Fifteen republican congressional representatives this week urged the outgoing chairman of the House Judiciary Committee to immediately hold hearings in the case of two Border Patrol agents convicted of shooting a drug smuggler. The congressmen, led by Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, and Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., made their plea in a letter to committee Chairman Rep. James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis.
The group included California Reps. Ken Calvert, R-Riverside, whose district includes Norco, and Duncan Hunter, R-El Cajon. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher,
R- Orange, and Rep. Gary Miller, R-Brea, also signed the letter.

I believe all of the Mexican Nationals are right. People who conquer a land have no right to that land and should return to their point of origin! Any person that carries the blood of a conqueror or in Spanish a conquistador should return to their original point of origin. This includes anyone including English, Spanish, Indian, African or Oriental blood. I believe all of us originally hail from Africa according to most scientists and should return to our motherland. I also believe that we should only enforce the immigration laws that Mexico currently enforces at its southern borders. Those of us who immigrated here legally or were born here should not have a say as to how the US should be administered or how many legal Hispanic children there should be in a class or what the educational or financial capabilities of immigrants should be. American’s should have no say as to who should pay income taxes and who is allowed to do business in effectivo! The fact that people are upset about Bank of America’s new program where people are allowed to use Mexico’s matricula consular is ridiculous. If you do not allow an immigrant to obtain credit with unverified do*****ents and a promise to pay you are a racist! Only Americans should have to get co-signers, after all they are conquistadores or carry the blood of conquistadores. The blue bloods in America are stupid and weak regardless of their color. Personal responsibility in a Global Economy!
Recently I was speaking to management at my other employment regarding an ethics problem concerning compensable time which I thought was owed to me. After making my case which I knew was liquid tight my manger proceeded to tell me that although my arguement was sound and my supporting legal documentation was compelling the answer was no. He also proceeded to tell me to contact human resources or a lawyer if I wanted to pursue the case. He also proceeded to say,” sorry but Its only Business! ”
I later came to find out that middle managers at my company are not allowed to take legal arguments into account if they conflict with policy. I reached an Epiphany that day. A lot of us are basically worker bees by nature. I think that in general mentally healthy human beings are trustworthy, honest, fair minded at birth. We are conditioned by circumstances, greed and conditioning to screw the other guy. Therefore this is the basis for my epiphany.
At Advise Center we are trying to advise you on how to proceed from the time that you take a step back away from the flock and realize that you can be the shepherd, the sheepdog or the wolf. We hope you do not choose the path of the wolf, which is basically to take from the flock or a sheep without returning something of equal value. We hope you learn the way of the shepherd. Which is to realize that taking the wool or a few sheep is for the good of the flock, because without the combined contributions of the flock the shepherd would not be available to lead the sheep through another winter.

The epiphany is that it is only business and your only responsibility is to yourself, your family, your employer and or customers, your community, your country. It seems like I really did not say anything new except for this caveat. You only owe those in the list that have your best interest at heart. Modern day corporations, businesses and government officials do not have your best interest at heart. You are an expendable asset or a gullible voter that exist to feed the wolves.

I was having a conversation with my doctor a while back regarding the fact that I gave myself a headache while experiencing a movement. I postulated that it would be possible to rupture blood vessels in your brain if you increased pressure in your cranium in order to expedite the activity or if you were constipated.
I poked and prodded answers from him until he agreed with my theory. I am sure if he were asked he would say that he never said that or answer in some politically correct way that avoided the answer. The question still stands and I would love to have someone dispute the premise that your face turning red from self induced internal pressure and veins popped out in your temples would have no effect on the very small capillaries that carry blood to the brain. If these capillaries burst would the lack of oxygen rich blood leading the cells of the brain cause barely undetectable damage to the brain and over time manifest itself in what we call dementia.
That is my hypothesis and is left, to those funded by our tax money to study, prove and take credit. Dementia is classified as a gradual loss of mental abilities. It affects memory, personality, behavior, and thinking abilities. Dementia is not classified as a disease - it is classified as a condition. Dementia may be caused by certain medical and mental-health problems. Basically they have no idea what causes it! They went to college for 8 years to be human mechanics and throw a lot of medical terms at you that obfuscate that truth. They think it might be caused by Alzheimer’s Disease (no cause yet), Stroke, Rare viruses and certain inherited diseases (unknown), Parkinson’s Disease and some AIDS patients have exhibited dementia like symptoms. They have also classified reversible triggers that may cause dementia such as: alcoholism, mental problems, poor nutrition, reactions to medication and other problems such as head injures, high fever, certain infections, syphilis, and brain tumors.
My hypothesis is tied to the consensus that head injuries and high fevers, infections and other things that can cause brain damage can be classified as dementia. Then it would go without saying that forcing a bowel movement and the accompanying pressure on the brain could damage the very small capillaries, which range in size between 5-10 microns.
I suggest that you exercise, eat right including a lot of fiber and take your time when taking a dump! If you are terminally constipated see your doctor!

The answer is in the bible and all around us.
I have heard people say that they have to learn to take a complement. What if I told you that the answer is in the Bible and all around us? What if you were told that you are made in GODs image? What if I told you that you are but a speck in the glory that is GOD? What if you were told that Jesus or GOD sometimes carries you when you cannot muster the courage to forge a path on your own? What if I told you that you are GOD and that IT is beautiful?
The fact that you have read this far shows me a few things:

- You are not afraid, yet!
- You do not have Attention Deficet Disorder
The reality is that I will loose a few of you that have read this far before I am able to finish my thoughts. It is a work in progress just like everything around us. I am not the first son of GOD to spread the word. If your christian you know about Jesus and if your a devote evangelical christian you are probably throwing things at your computer screens right about know.
