I am writing this the night of the Presidential elections. Every day until now every pundit and so called news organization is projecting Barack Obama the winner of the Presidential elections. Are they right? I will know tomorrow morning.

As I am writing this FOX news just declared Barack Obama the President of the United States of America. Lets hope that the change we are going to experience will not give us buyers remorse. May God bless America and may God bless Barack Obama the 44th President of the United States and may he look beyond the trees and lead in a way that benefits the entire forest.

I will continue with my post after I do some Monday morning quarterbacking. John McCain failed in not distancing himself from the Kennedy / McCain immigration bill. Citizens of the United States were waiting for a Republican President to say that only US citizens can take money from the tax trough. That only US citizens and legal residents can work in the United States. That only US residents can vote in the United States by giving us a tamper proof Social Security ID card. McCain failed to make the word American and Citizen synonymous.

He failed in not distancing himself from George W Bush and trickle down economics. The Republican party will continue to be hurt by this. Some of you think that I am only referring to tax policy. While tax policy is important, the department of labor and the policies of the administration that leans either toward business or labor have a great effect on the perception of the electorate. The people are looking for a President and a Government that does not take sides with business or labor. In my opinion Americans want a government that opens up the playing field, puts referees on the field to enforce the laws and refuses to help the coaches by taking sides.

He failed to make the argument that having the house, senate and the executive branch and possibly the Supreme Court ruled by one party is not good for the country. The Jimmy Carter and first 6 years of the Bush Presidency proved this.

I have spoke to republicans and democrats that for the most part do not agree with Obama’s positions on abortion i.e Kill babies through the 3rd trimester, immigration i.e. Give illegal aliens driver licenses, free speech i.e. shut down conservative radio using The Fairness Doctrine, affirmative action yet are happy and willing to make him the next President of the United States.

The real question is how does a liberal democrat become the President of the United States? Over the last few weeks I realized that there HAS been an attempt to buy the Presidency using subliminal suggestions and propaganda.

If you type in query hope and change in to the Google search engine you will get 292,000,000 results and the very first one is a web site dedicated to Barack Obama.

I was listening to a radio commercial for Wicked which is the theater production of what happens after the Wizard of OZ, terrible people run that show by the way. The radio commercial was talking about the fact that they were ending there run in L.A. and the background music was HOPE and CHANGE.

I was watching a commercial for Boeing and was surprised to here mentions of hope and change in there commercials. This was interesting considering that military stocks will probably take a hit under an Obama Presidency.

I saw a billboard for a TV show with the words hope and change in it.

The Obama campaign was quite active in changing perception by having its surrogates squelch any opposition or criticism of Barack Obama by flooding political websites with professionally written comments and articles that tried to obfuscate anything negative about Obama.

I do not have the finances or the time to reasearch this further. I will leave it to the well funded media to take credit for my findings.

As Barack Hussien Obamas’ poll numbers increase the DOW jones decreases. Several corporate big wigs have said that if Barack Obama becomes President of the United States that the stock markets will rebound slowly. I am sure that a lot of people right now feel this is a partisan statement. I will probably be voting for McCain unless a miracle happens and Barack Obama states he will actually enforce immigration. I will be voting for McCain not because he is my choice but I feel he is the better tasting bitter pill. I hope all you Obamians are done yelling now. Why are business experts afraid that Barack Obama will be the next President of the United States? It is because of what Barack Obama has said he will do according to his economic plan. Obama has said he will raise capital gains taxes. Some of you might be saying right now great the rich will get soaked. Well the reality is that if you have a 401k you will get soaked. Comapnies are afraid that investemtn in there companies will be curtailed if investors will have to pay a higher tax rate. A few of you probably associate low taxes with trickle down economics. I do not like trickle down economics and I do not believe that the rich trickle it down. The reality is that the latest stock market crash is how the money redistributes. It does not trickle down, the bucket spills over. The reality is that low taxes are not the reason that this happens. The core problem is when the government attempts to protect business and industry by affecting the supply and demand of labor. This is the way that the elite protect there friends.

As most of you know I do not agree with some of John McCains platform, Immigration is a big one. I can only guess that Sarah Palin is also an open borders advocate, considering that Alaska is a sanctuary state. It remains to be seen whether these 2 will stand by thier pledge of country first when it comes to the immigration issue. Up to this point McCain has put big business first on this issue and let the country pay the cost in taxes to support the 20 million plus illegal immigrants in the United States, but I digress.

Obama today stated thats McCains speech did not take into account the economic problems faced in this country. I have to tell you he comes across as a self absorbed man-child making that remark. McCains central theme in his speech was the future of the country and that included our economic troubles. Obamas inexperience shines when it becomes obvious that he does not understand that energy independence and having government red tape and corruption put in check will result in a better business climate. If Obama had said that he didnt believe that John McCain and the republicans would follow through it would have been more believable than his take on the speech. McCain has always done what he thought was right even if I did not agree with it. This is why AdviseCenter is supporting John McCain for president of the United States of America. I hope we can keep him in check and stop him from getting his gardener from Russia who came through Alaska free vouchers.

If my loved ones were looking for an apartment or town home near Edwards Air Force Base in Rosamond California or any other properties owned by Investment Concepts Orange Ca or ICI I would warn them away from leasing with Investment Concepts Inc., ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments or any of its multitude of properties in California, Arizona and Nevada. In my experience Investment Concepts, ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments does not have the interest of its tenants as its primary concern. Investment Concepts, ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments would not be my choice if a child or loved one asked me for a referral. Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments does not have any laws compelling them to do the right thing and cancel a contract that is less than 24 hours old and keep the money. The question is whether or not it would be the right thing to do as long as Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments are made whole. Understand that this is Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments policy after they have been informed that a tenant needs pull out of a lease in good faith and is willing to pay a reasonable amount to get the unit owned by Investment Concepts, ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments filled.

In my time leasing from Investment Concepts and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments I was treated unfairly and the staff did not return my calls for 3 days. President Bush signs HR 6061 - The fence and more!

President Bush signed the multi-billion dollar immigration bill today. HR-6061 not only builds a 700 mile fence along the Mexican border it also makes tunnels under the border illegal. That is right until now it was legal to have a tunnel under the US-Mexico border! Breaking news! Mexican officials arrested 2 Mexican customs agents today that were surpervising 17 Mexican nationals in the construction of a tunnel under the US-Mexico border. The entry to the tunnel on the Mexican side was located on the grounds of the offices of Mexican Customs!! The Mexican government needs to start paying there employees more.
The corruption south of the border is slowly making its way north and hopefully bills like HR6061 will help in stemming that tide. We all need to keep vigilant in protecting our country. When congress returns after the elections you will hear comprehensive immigration reform rear its ugly head again. This term is code for amnesty. We tried amnesty and the entire southwest of the United States is overrun with Mexican Nationals looking for a handout. Protect American Hispanic children and stop the invasion. They need the opportunity to go to schools that are not overcrowded with the children of illegal immigrants.

AdviseCenter reported that President Bush signed the Secure Fence Act. Unfortunately we were not the only ones fooled. I reported that Ed Royce ( R ) Fullerton had stated that Bush had signed the bill. The breaking news is that the President signed the appropriations bill but did not sign the authorization bill for the fence. This a common tactic used by politicians to scam, fool you stupid voters into thinking that your representatives are doing your will. The bill signed on Wednesday in Arizona only funds homeland security but does not compel enforcement or the fence. A pocket veto will occur if 10 days go by and the bill is not signed when the senate is in recess.

The President is going to sign the bill according to the liaison to congress. According to Ed Royce the bill is still in the enrollment process. We will be following this issue because if Bush does not sign this I feel this is the straw that broke the elephants back for the republican party. The Foley scandal does not affect our country like Bush’s failure to sign this will. The Foley scandal is a personal, possibly criminal act on the part of an individual congressman. If Bush fails to sign the Secure Fence Act it will be a deliberate act on the part of the executive branch to fool the citizens in favor of those bankrolling the parties. Oh by the way Bush also said that North Korea would not get a nuclear bomb. Well they say they have one and have tested it over the weekend. I am an independent because I don’t trust either party. I usually vote a conservative ballot but I am not so sure that selling our country to the corporations in order to get conservative politicians is worth it anymore. Texas border agents are being railroaded by the Bush administration! Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean are being used to warn border patrol agents to back off and leave illegal aliens alone. George W. Bush and Alberto R. Gonzalez chose sides between 2 decorated border patrol agents and Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila an illegal alien drug smuggler. They picked the drug smuggler and found a jury to convict the agents for shooting Aldrete-Davila in the buttocks. The agent Compean stated the following, “Compean said that Aldrete-Davila continued to look back over his shoulder towards Compean as Aldrete-Davila ran away from him,” the memo reads. “Compean said that he began to shoot at Aldrete-Davila because of the shiny object he thought he saw in Aldrete-Davila’s hand and because Aldrete-Davila continued to look back towards his direction. Compean explained that he thought the shiny object might be a gun and that Aldrete-Davila was going to shoot at him because he kept looking back at him.”

Fifteen republican congressional representatives this week urged the outgoing chairman of the House Judiciary Committee to immediately hold hearings in the case of two Border Patrol agents convicted of shooting a drug smuggler. The congressmen, led by Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, and Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., made their plea in a letter to committee Chairman Rep. James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis.

The group included California Reps. Ken Calvert, R-Riverside, whose district includes Norco, and Duncan Hunter, R-El Cajon. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher,

I believe all of the Mexican Nationals are right. People who conquer a land have no right to that land and should return to their point of origin! Any person that carries the blood of a conqueror or in Spanish a conquistador should return to their original point of origin. Those of us who immigrated here legally or were born here should not have a say as to how the US should be administered or how many legal Hispanic children there should be in a class or what the educational or financial capabilities of immigrants should be. American’s should have no say as to who should pay income taxes and who is allowed to do business in effectivo! The fact that people are upset about Bank of America’s new program where people are allowed to use Mexico’s matricula consular is ridiculous. If you do not allow an immigrant to obtain credit with unverified do*****ents and a promise to pay you are a racist! Only Americans should have to get co-signers, after all they are conquistadores or carry the blood of conquistadores. The blue bloods in America are stupid and weak regardless of their color. They have been softened by the powerful dollar!

Ed Royce(R) Fullerton, California has told John and Ken of KFI 640AM that the border fence bill will be passed by the senate according to preliminary vote count and President Bush has said he would sign it!! This bill is called HR 6061 and includes over a billion dollars for a 700+ mile fence on the Mexican border, it also compels the justice department to allow the Border Patrol to disable vehicles and a virtual fence along the Canadian Border. We will gather the names of all the senators who voted NAY for you. I am sure most are not facing re-election.
