If my loved ones were looking for an apartment or town home near Edwards Air Force Base in Rosamond California or any other properties owned by Investment Concepts Orange Ca or ICI I would warn them away from leasing with Investment Concepts Inc., ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments or any of its multitude of properties in California, Arizona and Nevada. In my experience Investment Concepts, ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments does not have the interest of its tenants as its primary concern. Investment Concepts, ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments the property management company based in Orange California refused to dissolve a lease which had been signed less than 24 hours earlier and informed us that Investment Concepts, ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments has a policy in which they will hold an enforceable lease in limbo until all units have been leased before Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments would be willing to try to lease out any unit in which the lease in there opinion has been broken. Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments does not have any laws compelling them to do the right thing and cancel a contract that is less than 24 hours old and keep the money. The question is whether or not it would be the right thing to do as long as Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments are made whole. Understand that this is Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments policy after they have been informed that a tenant needs pull out of a lease in good faith and is willing to pay a reasonable amount to get the unit owned by Investment Concepts, ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments filled.
The only way that Investment Concepts Orange Ca or ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments would give me a honorable resolution to my situation was if I was in the military and was redeployed. The interesting part of Investment Concepts Inc or ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments statement is that they are compelled by law to allow active military to break leases and I would be interested to interview active military that have asked to break a lease with Investment Concepts Inc or ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments as to wether or not Investment Concepts Inc or ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments dealt with our active military heroes in an honorable way.
In my opinion Investment Concepts Inc or ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments had no qualms in taking advantage of a distraught mother and her children. Investment Concepts Inc or ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments in my experience and opinion would not hesitate in destroying a family or a business in order to achieve small profit. I am sure that if the principles of Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments are reading this post they would feel entitled because the piece of paper has a signature. The reality is that Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments would under our current laws has the full force of the government behind there dastardly vision of how to run a leasing business. Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments has no legal edict that would compel them to break a lease. Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments has the legal right to enforce a lease even if like in the case of the distraught mother the leasee informs the leasing company to please dissolve the lease before the end of the first day and before the lease even took effect. Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments has the legal right to not negotiate in good faith with its future tenants. What I am trying to convey is whether you as a consumer want to do business with Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments a company that sponsors faith based school programs but uses heavy handed tactics in my opinion to collect money in a way that I do not believe Jesus would approve of.
Does Investment Concepts Inc , ICI and The Crossings At Rosamond Apartments have to provide a cooling off period to people who sign contracts with them?

They turned me into creditors without notifying me that I even owed them money after I moved out. They could have AT LEAST CALLED and asked me to pay them, maybe sent a letter…….nope straight to a collection agency. I am trying to buy a home where I moved. Imagine my delight when I found out my credit rating had gone from excellent to fair.

I currently live in Montecito. I moved in only a month and a half ago to find several items in the apartment falling into disrepair. I notified them immediately. After a month, and two claims of losing my work order, they finally sent someone out to fix it. On the day of move in, they did not even have my lease finished. I had to wait on them to do their job. On top of that, they failed to notify me that they needed an additional deposit for a fridge I was renting. Now a friend of mine is trying to get an apartment through them only because they are the cheapest, decent apartment complex in Lancaster, and they have failed to do their job again! They never put forth the effort to verify his employment and THEN gave HIM attitude when he came into the office to see if the lease was drawn up. Telling him it was past his move in date and he needed to verify his employment. That is NOT HIS JOB. Overall, the staff is okay. However, B*****a, one of the leasing managers, is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and C***y. She does not show any respect to leasers, and never completes her job on time, blaming other people for the mishaps and mistakes.

I work for ICI and would not refer friends or family to their units. Depending on the property and the manager you may have your issues handled on time. However most of the properties have employees that have simply given up. You are treated so poorly by this employer that unless you take pride in what you do despite your treatment and pay then you will only work for them a few months before you give up and start putting out a mediocre work performance. They pay WAY under the normal pay scale other companies offer for the same job. They expect more and more from you with out more rewards. They prey on the fact that their employees need the work because they have families to feed. They do not promote within because this requires a pay raise so they hire a new employee they can offer less to, especially if their situation is a desperate one. No bonus, evaluation, raise..nothing. They ride you for more and never even udder a thank you. The top district managers recieve all the bonuses while the crews that made it possible get nothing. Managers will not perform their work load and require those underneath them to pull the extra weight. You are certainly NOT APPRECIATED.

This company does not even have property managers that visit the site. My car was broken into and i was informed i would need to wait for them to write a report. Its been two weeks and no one has come out.
