Personal responsibility in a Global Economy!

Recently I was speaking to management at my other employment regarding an ethics problem concerning compensable time which I thought was owed to me. After making my case which I knew was liquid tight my manger proceeded to tell me that although my arguement was sound and my supporting legal documentation was compelling the answer was no.  He also proceeded to tell me to contact human resources or a lawyer if I wanted to pursue the case.  He also proceeded to say,” sorry but Its only Business! ”

I later came to find out that middle managers at my company are not allowed to take legal arguments into account if they conflict with policy.  I reached an Epiphany that day.  A lot of us are basically worker bees by nature. I think that in general mentally healthy human beings are trustworthy, honest, fair minded at birth.  We are conditioned by circumstances, greed and conditioning to screw the other guy. Therefore this is the basis for my epiphany.
At Advise Center we are trying to advise you on how to proceed from the time that you take a step back away from the flock and realize that you can be the shepherd, the sheepdog or the wolf. We hope you do not choose the path of the wolf, which is basically to take from the flock or a sheep without returning something of equal value.  We hope you learn the way of the shepherd.  Which is to realize that taking the wool or a few sheep is for the good of the flock, because without the combined contributions of the flock the shepherd would not be available to lead the sheep through another winter.
If your head is spinning and your wondering what the hell I am talking about.  You are not ready for Advise Center not all human beings have the right combination of intelligence, wisdom and personal experience to make use of the information within these pages.
The epiphany is that it is only business and your only responsibility is to yourself, your family, your employer and or customers, your community, your country.  It seems like I really did not say anything new except for this caveat.  You only owe those in the list that have your best interest at heart.  Modern day corporations, businesses and government officials do not have your best interest at heart.  You are an expendable asset or a gullible voter that exist to feed the wolves.

Does pooping make you dee dee dee!

I was having a conversation with my doctor a while back regarding the fact that I gave myself a headache while experiencing a movement. I postulated that it would be possible to rupture blood vessels in your brain if you increased pressure in your cranium in order to expedite the activity or if you were constipated.

I poked and prodded answers from him until he agreed with my theory. I am sure if he were asked he would say that he never said that or answer in some politically correct way that avoided the answer. The question still stands and I would love to have someone dispute the premise that your face turning red from self induced internal pressure and veins popped out in your temples would have no effect on the very small capillaries that carry blood to the brain. If these capillaries burst would the lack of oxygen rich blood leading the cells of the brain cause barely undetectable damage to the brain and over time manifest itself in what we call dementia.
That is my hypothesis and is left, to those funded by our tax money to study, prove and take credit. Dementia is classified as a gradual loss of mental abilities.  It affects memory, personality, behavior, and thinking abilities. Dementia is not classified as a disease - it is classified as a condition.  Dementia may be caused by certain medical and mental-health problems. Basically they have no idea what causes it! They went to college for 8 years to be human mechanics and throw a lot of medical terms at you that obfuscate that truth. They think it might be caused by Alzheimer’s Disease (no cause yet), Stroke, Rare viruses and certain inherited diseases (unknown), Parkinson’s Disease and some AIDS patients have exhibited dementia like symptoms. They have also classified reversible triggers that may cause dementia such as: alcoholism, mental problems, poor nutrition, reactions to medication and other problems such as head injures, high fever, certain infections, syphilis, and brain tumors.

My hypothesis is tied to the consensus that head injuries and high fevers, infections and other things that can cause brain damage can be classified as dementia. Then it would go without saying that forcing a bowel movement and the accompanying pressure on the brain could damage the very small capillaries, which range in size between 5-10 microns.

I suggest that you exercise, eat right including a lot of fiber and take your time when taking a dump! If you are terminally constipated see your doctor!

Remember I am not a doctor and I am not dispensing medical advice. I am advising you of my opinion and subsequent actions I have taken. Talk to your doctor he will tell you that I am crazy!@

The answer is in the bible and all around us.

I have heard people say that they have to learn to take a complement. What if I told you that the answer is in the Bible and all around us? What if you were told that you are made in GODs image? What if I told you that you are but a speck in the glory that is GOD? What if you were told that Jesus or GOD sometimes carries you when you cannot muster the courage to forge a path on your own? What if I told you that you are GOD and that IT is beautiful?

The fact that you have read this far shows me a few things:

1. You are curious
2. You are not afraid, yet!
3. You do not have Attention Deficet Disorder

The reality is that I will loose a few of you that have read this far before I am able to finish my thoughts. It is a work in progress just like everything around us. I am not the first son of GOD to spread the word. If your christian you know about Jesus and if your a devote evangelical christian you are probably throwing things at your computer screens right about know.

• Who am I?

That is right I am talking about myself.  Yes I am going to make you read about me so that you know where I am coming from.  I do not do this so that you may bask in my glory.

I do this in order to make it easier to discredit me in your mind, which will allow you to live the remainder of your life a content, fat and happy sheep.

The fact that I use the pronoun I a lot is not because I am a narcisist it is because I am a bad writer.

I was raised a Roman Catholic and growing up and in listening to mass I always wondered the following questions:

6. Is GOD a man or a women?

When you travel look for the best deals and always plan your trips down to the minute. It will save your marriage.

* Always ask the hotels you are placing reservation with whether or not they validate the parking.
* Use sites such as Priceline to book your needs such as Hotels and Rentals and Airlines (If you have flexibility with you time). When it says that your super low bid for that 3 Star Hotel is too low and will not be accepted hit enter. If it says no takers then try again! On our weekend to San Francisco we saved about $175 on our hotel per night!! That’s right the going rate for the Hilton was $300 a night on the pier on a weekend we bid $125 and presto!
* Don’t go crazy with the saving mindset at some point you have to pack your bags and enjoy your trip. The saving are done at home.
* Call the local chamber of commerce of each individual city you are visiting or your own chamber of commerce for group trips or special tour rates. We have found trips to China at 25% the cost through COC’s. Some of these trips are actually sponsored by city/government to foster trade.
* Remember to pick up business cards as to prove to the IRS that this is a legitimate business trip.
* Look for travel groups to destination areas of the World!

I have found an excellent site that scans and compiles listings from hundreds of sites. The site is called KAYAK! This site unlike other websites includes airlines such as Jet Blue and cheaptickets.com. Try it out and submit any news you may have!

Save hundreds of dollars and live longer! Make Eating out is a Special treat!

It’s a lifestyle for a whole lot of people.
If you consume fast food for lunch during your work week consider this. Your lunch is costing you about $1300.00 a year. 52 weeks X 5 Days X $5.00 = $1300.00 Most fast food restaurants offer $1 menus.

Drink a big glass of water 1/2 hour before lunch.
A burrito $1.50 including tax and 1 more glass of water will cost you about $390.00 a year.

This will save about $910.00 a year.

Most of us don’t frown at that amount of money.

You will save money on medical cost for future healthcare due to weight gain. You will live longer! High calorie intake is the leading cause in reducing life expectancy. High blood sugar levels increase the number of free radicals in your system causing cellular damage. Your body has to replace damaged cells and it is a well known fact that the replacement cells are less perfect than the original cell causing what is called aging. In laymen’s terms. Live your life as you wish but is that rushed lunch the time to be a connoisseur? Save your money and spend it on a gourmet meal that you share with your spouse.

Are these senators traitors?

I realize that John McCain is a Vietnam war vet and was an MIA but is he trying to sell out American citizens in order to represent the needs and wants of illegal immigrants (Votes) and corporate America (big farmers, construction, etc) and contributors. Does he need the support of the blue blood Republican machine in order to have a chance at the White House? He is avoiding criticism because of his war record, which is interesting in contrast to how the republicans attacked John Kerry who is also a decorated war veteran. He is also avoiding criticism because of the fact he is pushing a liberal agenda and a large contingent of our media are liberals. I believe that the needs of American workers is just as important as the needs of big business. The extra profit is going into the pockets of the wealthiest among us and then being sheltered from taxes. The rise in stock prices due to illegal immigration dwarfs in relation to the cost of school, health and roads needed to service these illegal immigrants. If illegal immigration is a benefit and cuts cost as McCain and Bush and the the majority of the Democratic party say than how is it that new home prices in California have risen at a rate of 25% a year in California. A huge number of the workers in this industry are illegal. The price of homes and other products are not set by the cost to produce but by supply and demand. Interesting question huh! Is the rise of home prices at 23% above normal inflation a benefit? How will my children be able to buy a small 3 bedroom home in LA for $650,000 dollars and afford to feed and clothes there kids and buy goods in order to stimulate the economy? Is it possible that we will have a 2 class America if this continues? It is very sad that Americans in general have so little pride in what we have built here. I may have a different perspective than other people due to the fact that my family including myself immigrated here. I know first hand that most people leave other parts of the world due to a culture of corruption in other countries. This is being imported to America and scared natives are afraid to be called racist if they say NO! A huge number of wealthy Americans are benefiting from the cheap labor in their homes. How do I know this, well I happen to work in a lot of big homes and most of the help does not speak English, illegals? A lot of them do not want to become Americans but only to exploit your stupidity and send the money home! When they retire with their social security in Mexico they will laugh and be kings in a land of serfs.

Should federal elections be funded by federal dollars?

If federal elections could only be funded by public dollars I believe it would change the landscape of politics. Corporations and Unions should not dictate law for the people. If we can spend federal money and lives on a war to liberate people who already hate us as much as the French 8). We can spend federal money to keep our politicians beholden to the voter. They could easily get there message out using Public Service Announcements and whatever TV money we provide for debates. Feel free SUBMIT your thoughts!

Immigration - get rid of the bluebloods!

Illegal Immigrants are doing jobs that Americans will not do!
This is a country made up of Illegal immigrants!
We need Illegal immigration!

If you believe that the previous statements are true than stop reading.

* I believe in legal immigration.
* I believe in defending the sovereignty of our country by defending our borders.
* I believe that a guest worker program is something a country in acts when unemployment is near zero percent!
* I believe that you regulate welfare to only those people that society has a moral obligation to support!
* I believe that elected members of congress that put the needs and wants of their party and their contributors above those of the voters are walking a fine line between self-preservation and treason.

The immigration debate has pulled back the covers and exposed those politicians who do not hold sacred the interest of the current voting public. I believe they do not see themselves as traitors but as champions for causes such as the following:

* Positioning the United States to compete in a Global Economy
* Protecting people that are less fortunate
* Protecting the children

I am an immigrant and I believe that you do not appreciate what you do not earn!
I hate institutional racism such as affirmative action and the fact that some of our racist senators believe that all Mexicans are 1 race.
I love this country and I will use whatever tools I have at my disposal to protect it!

Some in our country are trying to control the Internet and the exchange of ideas and commerce to control the population. Unfortunately we cannot trust in our leaders anymore just because they are a donkey or an elephant and we happen to like that animal If the following senators have there way the U.S., Canada and Mexico will be ONE! All three countries will equalize and share one currency. The United States has the infrastructure and machinery. Canada has the resources and Mexico has uneducated labor.
From a big picture view this is a win win if you have no morals! In order for this to work our generation will have to financially equalize with Mexico. This will happen by means of wealth distribution from the US to Mexico, which is going on right NOW! This is being done through regulations at this time under your noses.

Protect America! Protect your generation and your children!

The US has the ability to coax Mexico into making their citizens stay in there own country! In my opinion the AMERO, which is kind of like the EURO is only possible if all 3 countries have strong economies. Some people feel this idea is treason but they keep voting for the same people over and over again!

In the next elections through 2010 vote to remove the following senators!
They dont have todays American families best interest in mind.
